These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of marlucbadillo.ca (the "Site"), operated by Marlu C. Badillo under McBadillo Real Estate, affiliated with Calgary Experts Real Estate and licensed through Real Estate Professionals Inc. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Use of this Site

You may browse the Site and use its tools (like the community search and calculators) for personal, non-commercial purposes related to your own real estate research. You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to access it in ways that could damage, disable, or overburden it, or scraping or republishing its content without permission.

MLS® and listing data

Listing data displayed on this Site is sourced through the Data Distribution Facility (DDF®) of the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), which distributes listing information from CREB® and other real estate boards. This information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by CREA, CREB®, or by us. The trademarks MLS®, Multiple Listing Service®, and the associated logos are owned by CREA and identify the quality of services provided by real estate professionals who are members of CREA.

Where the Site displays a click-wrap agreement before showing DDF® listing content, using that content also means you've agreed to those specific terms, which apply in addition to (not instead of) this section.

Content on this Site, including blog articles, market commentary, calculators, and community guides, is provided for general informational purposes only.
